About OGA SAAS
The all-in-one platform purpose-built for music educators
OGA SAAS is an all-in-one music school management platform that replaces the patchwork of 4-6 separate tools most music educators juggle daily. From scheduling and CRM to email marketing, billing, practice tracking, and analytics, OGA SAAS unifies every aspect of running a music school into a single, cohesive system. The platform is designed for private lesson studios, music academies, and performing arts schools of every size.
Unlike generic business software adapted for education, OGA SAAS was built from the ground up by a working music teacher who understands the unique workflows of lesson-based businesses. The platform features modular, mix-and-match pricing so schools pay only for what they need, plus enterprise-grade infrastructure with 300+ database tables, 13 automated cron jobs, and organization-branded email templates.
Founded by Travis Osterloh, a guitar teacher turned software developer, OGA SAAS launched in 2026 with a mission to give independent music educators the same powerful tools that large institutions take for granted -- without the enterprise price tag.

The story behind OGA SAAS
Travis Osterloh
Travis Osterloh is a guitar teacher and self-taught developer who spent 5 years teaching before building OGA SAAS. After years of managing students with spreadsheets, cobbling together 5+ tools, and spending Sundays doing 8-hour skill reviews, he decided to build the platform he wished existed.
What started as a simple portal for his own studio -- Osterloh Guitar Academy -- evolved over 3 years into a full multi-tenant SaaS platform built specifically for music schools. Travis brings a rare combination of domain expertise as a working teacher and technical depth as a full-stack developer.
