One click generates an optimized weekly schedule. The engine scores classes by student need and recency, pre-places private lessons and workshops, then fills group classes with automatic teacher and room assignments.
Multi-Room Concurrent Classes
Schools with multiple studios can run several classes in the same time slot. The system tracks room availability in real time and prevents double-booking across all your spaces.
Flexible Operating Hours
Set different hours for different days — 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays, 4 PM to 9 PM on weekdays. The schedule generator and manual draft grid adapt automatically to your school’s unique rhythm.
